Mid Victorian crinoline dress

A fun and practical dress, perfect for a portrayal of a middle- upper class woman in the 1850-60s.

 Details:

 * Lovely silk (with woven stripes pattern, perfect for a summer/ autumn day 

 *The bodice is flatlined with cotton and decorated with handbraided silk trim.

 * The inside of sleeve open cuffs have cotton lace decoration.

 * The bodice closes with buttons 

 *The bodice is unboned and the inside finish is modern to keep the pricing down.

* The skirt is generous, gathered too the waistband- enough to go on a crinoline cage. 

 Accessories ( bonnet, knitted undersleeves etc) are not included. 

To achieve the typical silhouette a  round crinoline cage, petticoats, and corset need to be worn. (most items can be purchased separately in the shop).

chest:40" (102cm) 

waist: 31"  (79cm).

skirt : waistband 31"  (79cm),   length - 45" ( 1113cm),
