Not perfect, but perfectly wearable for a 1820-40 evening styles.

size -
the coat measures, edge to edge - chest 45" (114cm), waist 41" ( 104cm). Designed to be worn open, but if needed, can be buttoned up.
 
Here worn on a chap 187cm tall- just too big for him nowadays, so he is getting a smaller one…
