 Victorian flounced petticoat

 Petticoats with back flounces were popular during the 2 bustle periods and the Natural Form period. The provided light bulk and concealed the shape of the bustle cage worn underneath. Essential for 1870-1890 silhouette.

 Features:

 *cotton fabric, machine washable

* Flounces at the back plus a hem flounce in front

 *Button closure 

This one is made to measure, in a fabric, style and decoration of your choice.  Delivery time is approximately 3-4 weeks

 Please provide the following measurements:

 1. waist circumference, measured on  your corset

2. front length - from the  waist to the ankle

3. back length, meausured over the bustle cage or pad, from the waist to the hem

Decoration

  * no decoration - flounces finished plainly, with a sewing machine hem or serged, or selvage

* lace - a few options possible, usually cotton broderie anglaise is used, please contact us for pictures of available styles! White/ ivory was popular, but coloured lace ( red, blue, yellow etc) was also in evidence.
